Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or using the products and services offered by Whole Home Filtration Toowoomba, under the name The Water Cooler Guys ("Company"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions designed to ensure transparency and a positive experience. Definitions
"Customer" refers to individuals or entities acquiring goods or services. "Company" refers to Whole Home Filtration Toowoomba by The Water Cooler Guys. "Goods" are products detailed in invoices or agreements. "Services" include work related to Goods, such as installation and maintenance. "Price" refers to the monetary value of Goods or Services. These terms supplement statutory rights under Australian laws, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and Fair Trading Acts (FTA).

Product Ownership and Risk
Ownership of Goods transfers to you once payment is complete, ensuring you have full control over your purchase. Risk transfers upon delivery or installation, so you can feel confident in the safety and reliability of your product.

Liability
Our commitment is to deliver high-quality products and services. The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of Goods. While indirect or consequential damages are not covered, we take every measure to prevent issues and ensure your satisfaction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Queensland laws. Should any disputes arise, they will be resolved in Queensland courts with fairness and transparency.

Installation
Customers must ensure clear access to the mains water outlet, as installation cannot proceed if the outlet is under concrete, garden beds, turf, walls, or ceilings. Pricing applies to homes with a single, visible mains water inlet within 2 meters of the unit housing; hidden, multiple, or buried inlets may require installation near the council water meter or may be ineligible. The filter housing must fit within 2 meters of the water inlet, or additional copper piping fees may apply. If the plumber cannot locate the outlet and you have purchased online, a refund will be processed and a $95 plumber call-out fee and $50 restocking fee may apply. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To reschedule your installation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, a modest $50 fee may apply to cover scheduling adjustments.

Refunds and Cancellations
We aim for customer satisfaction and strive to provide clear policies. Refunds are not available for change of mind, but cancellations before delivery may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding costs such as lost profits. Custom items, once production has started, cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit guarantees your installation date, locks in your pricing, and ensures that all materials are reserved exclusively for you, giving you complete peace of mind that your project is prioritised. The balance is due no later than 48 hours before installation. Payments are due as invoiced, and overdue accounts will attract a 3% monthly interest charge. Accounts more than 30 days overdue will incur a late fee of $30 or 10% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. Orders unpaid after 45 days may be referred to debt collection, with recovery costs payable by the customer. For added flexibility, we also offer an installment option through a trusted third-party provider. Payments, fees, and related matters are managed directly with them, and orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received. We encourage you to review their terms before proceeding, and should this option change in the future, we will continue to honour all existing agreements.

Amendments
We continuously strive to improve. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes, which will only apply to future transactions.
